Are you making well-being choices and decisions like you are in a horror movie?
When you are in a horror movie, you make poor decisions!
At least that’s what the announcer says in the Geico commercial.
Maybe you have seen the commercial. There are four people who are being chased by someone and they seem to be in great distress. They have a decision to make: they can hide in the attic or the basement (both of which seem to be located in an ominous-looking house), just get in the running car, or they can hide behind the chainsaws.
In this horror movie, the “smart” decision was to hide behind the chainsaws. Behind the chainsaws was a guy with a hockey mask and we can all imagine how this probably turned out for the four people being chased.
Are you making well-being choices and decisions like you are in a horror movie?
Every day we have well-being decisions and choices to make. If we make well-being decisions and choices like we are in a horror movie, well, as we can all imagine, things are probably not going to go as well as we like.
If we can manage to make better well-being decisions and choices, things are probably going to go much better. We don’t have to be perfect with our well-being decisions and choices, they just can’t be like we are in a horror movie.
