Are you using a flashlight or a hammer?
Our well-being journey can be difficult at times. We shouldn't make it harder by hammering away at ourselves when things don't go as well as we would've liked.
Instead, we should shine a flashlight on why things didn't go quite as well as we would've liked.
When we use a hammer, we just focus on the negative and beat ourselves up.
When we use a flashlight, we learn how to improve on what didn't go well and we learn what we need to do to improve.
